To be eligible to win the Contestants must complete ALL of the following:
1. Go to www.WannaKnow.com and set up your FREE account before December 31, 2009. It's easy and free and offer much more then just a chance to win. (Please make sure to refer toWannaKnow's Terms of Conditions and Privacy Policy prior to signing up)
2. Contestants must set up their personal profile which MUST include valid email address which will be used to contact the winning entry. NOTE* ALL of the Winning Contestant's Profiles must still be active when winner is declared in order to claim prize.
3. Contestant must "CLAIM" their current home(s) under their profile. The process of claiming of the home will be explained during each claim. Each claimed home will be verified by our system.
4. Customer MUST then upload current (within the last month) picture of their residence(s). This picture should show the contestant's current Audio & Video equipment. (Please refer to WannaKnow's Terms of Conditions and Privacy Policy regarding uploading picture)
5. Each Contestant is only allowed one (1) personal profile but WILL be able to enter multiple home profiles. Entry is based on Personal Profile, NOT Home Profile PLEASE NOTE* Any tenant of a property, or NON-owner, meaning you DO NOT own the real-estate property and house in which you are claiming, is still eligible to win but must get prior written approval by ALL of the home's owner(s) before declared winner.
All contestants will have equal opportunity to win prize. Chances of winning are unknown by WannaKnow and will be determined by how many total contestants we have nationally.
All equipment will be provided by WannaKnow's preferred list of suppliers. NO EXCEPTIONS WannaKnow.com and any of our affiliates will NOT be responsible for winning contestants current audio, video, or home automation equipment which includes (but is not limited to) selling, replacing, shipping, repairing, damaging, or programming.
WannaKnow.com and any of our affiliates will NOT be responsible for any damages to ANY of the winning contestants personal property including but not limited to furniture, low-voltage or high voltage wiring, real estate or anything residing on the property.
