Whether you own your place or rent your place, Wannaknow has something for you! We built Wannaknow to satisfy our own personal curiosities (???) and financial needs ($$$) about where we have lived, where we live today and where we may live in the future. Our goal is to personalize homes, connect people and make money. We know you will benefit from Wannaknow too.

As founders of Wannaknow, we have lived in more than 30 different places (multiple homes, dorms, apartments and townhomes) over our lifetimes and still have connections and emotional ties to them. We have been curious about what our old home looks like today, intentionally driven by the home, looked up the home online and have retold countless memories of our homes and lives. Wannaknow is our online guestbook for the places where we used to live, to reconnect with people, create personal interest groups and share our favorite points of interest. Our memories are powerful and want to be shared. What happened in the house before it was your house? What memories from your time within your home do you want to live on forever? What did people change within the house after you left your house?

From a financial perspective, for the homes we have owned, we wanted to do everything we could to make money or at the very least, break even on our investment. With Wannaknow, we are sharing our best practices and processes with you (and some of the things we wish we had done too). We'll introduce you to Home-G2 to complete your research before buying or selling your home, journals to document your activities while in the home and an application to create an inventory of all your belongings in the event there's a run in with an insurance company. Wannaknow will provide you with tips and tricks to keep you comfortable in your home and in your neighborhood. Wannaknow will suggest home maintenance and garden tips, holiday decorations, pet friendly parks, kid friendly restaurants and online neighborhood watch programs. If you want to know, Wannaknow will have it.
